Experience
I built the firm's AI practice from zero: I set the strategy, define the business case, and own delivery from proof of concept to governed, responsible adoption.
- Agent Squad AI — Led, as product owner, an enterprise multi-agent orchestration platform: coordinated AI agents in production under a human-in-the-loop supervisor, with governance, observability (tracing, evaluation, canary) and mandatory quality controls. Defined adoption roadmaps by ROI and the shift from manual processes to automated workflows.
- Anthropic partnership — Product direction and our delivered AI portfolio led Anthropic to approve DigitalHubAssist as a partner — a strategic partnership with a leading technology organization that unlocked official architect certification for the team and up to 50% off vouchers, building internal capacity.
- LPDI Relacionamiento (impact-investment fund) — Sold and delivered a digital-transformation program: 260+ automated, AI-assisted project cycles on a portfolio-management platform, with KPIs and quality gates tied to client approval.

- Led the office's largest consulting account for Grupo AVAL (Colombia's largest financial holding): owned the relationship and delivery in an environment where every decision passes through compliance, risk and audit.
