I run an AI venture where I designed and operate an AI agent squad that functions as a PMO: it tracks delivery, assigns owners and deadlines, surfaces blockers and enforces weekly follow-through, with a human approval gate before anything ships. I've tracked and closed 100+ concurrent delivery cycles end-to-end through explicit QA and approval gates. So when you say "central nervous system" and "build agentic tools to automate operations," that's the exact thing I've already built with my own hands.
I also bring the operational scar tissue this role needs. For 20+ years I delivered complex, concurrent projects in highly regulated financial environments — banking, pensions, insurance — and at NTT Data I owned the largest consulting account in the office (Grupo AVAL, Colombia's biggest financial holding), managing engineering squads and external vendors while reporting KPIs straight to C-level. Managing up, pushing back when a deadline is at risk, and holding partners accountable in a culture of radical candor is simply how I work.
That work is externally recognized: the platform my agent squad operates and the AI systems we delivered in healthcare are among the initiatives behind DigitalHubAssist's partnership with Anthropic (makers of Claude) — a status that comes with partner-exclusive access to their Architect certification, and that isn't granted for slideware. It's proof the agentic delivery I'm describing is real and in production.
To be direct about the obvious: I've held senior titles, but I'm not applying to manage from above. I want to be the execution engine that protects leadership's time and gets shit done with urgency and focus — that's the part of the work I enjoy most, and it's exactly the mission you've framed for this role.
