As founder I own product vision, strategy and roadmap for a live AI platform, translating business goals into requirements and prioritizing against measurable outcomes. I lead products through the full lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post release optimization. Under my leadership the company reached Registered Partner status in Anthropic's partner program.
I build the products I shape: LLM applications (Claude, OpenAI, prompt engineering, function calling), RAG (embeddings, pgvector) and orchestration of autonomous AI agents (dev, QA, PMO, content), with Claude Code, on a modern cloud stack with event driven orchestration, data pipelines, MLOps, tracing (Langfuse) and CI/CD. Ran the office's largest account (banking, up to 30 people) and drove the CrediCore digital credit origination and scoring hub to production on Azure, a modular, data driven product that turned an ambiguous, fragmented landscape (one obsolete app, one without vendor support) into a launched platform, with a roadmap toward mortgage lending. Managed budget, P&L and schedule, with the lowest attrition on the account.
Owned outcomes with only partial control: dependencies sat outside my authority and the bank's presidency pushed on budget and time. I prioritized ruthlessly, phased delivery for early wins, escalated blockers from day zero, and communicated timelines, risks and tradeoffs proactively. Recovered the Promigas program from crisis (recognized at the corporate level).
