- I architect the AI and data pipelines and drive AI solutions from idea to production: I built Agent Squad with Claude Code (a 0 to 1, multi agent system in production) with LLMs, RAG (embeddings, pgvector on PostgreSQL), APIs, CI/CD, and monitoring and observability (Langfuse), and I lead innovation in solution development. I read code (Python, TypeScript). Under my leadership the company reached Registered Partner status in Anthropic's partner program.

- Led the office's largest, most complex and critical program (up to 50 people) on a banking account: developed executive relationships up to the bank's presidency, led the software factory that delivered the platform to production on Azure integrating systems via APIs (coordinating with the bank's architecture teams), and owned P&L. Built team capability with the lowest attrition in the office. In another program I recovered a delivery in crisis (recognized at the corporate level).
