Drove the CrediCore hub (Banco Popular) to production on Azure, supporting testing and go live and reporting progress up to the bank's presidency.
- Analyzed operational and financial data, managed budget and P&L, and produced executive reports for the client. Phased delivery for early wins; recovered the Promigas program (recognized at the corporate level), with the lowest attrition on the account.
