Escalated risks and dependencies to the bank's presidency from day one (client facing at the most senior level). The working product gave the bank confidence to build a product roadmap toward mortgage lending. Led teams of up to 50 with the lowest turnover of the account; owned backlog and requirements in Azure DevOps.
