- I own products end to end, from the idea to a launched MVP and beyond: I define specs, assess feasibility, make tradeoffs, and coordinate engineers and AI systems. I do not just use AI, I look for where it reframes a problem: I built Agent Squad, autonomous AI agents that changed how our operations actually work (dev, QA, PMO, content). Under my leadership the company reached Registered Partner status in Anthropic's partner program.
- Hands on with the full build: LLM applications (Claude, OpenAI, function calling), RAG, APIs and databases, on a modern cloud stack, so I can judge technical feasibility and talk credibly with engineers.

- Ran the office's largest client account (up to 30 people) with multiple simultaneous builds: kickoff, requirements, delivery and launch. Drove the CrediCore credit origination hub to production on Azure, turning an ambiguous client problem into a launched product, and kept clients supported and engaged up to the bank's presidency.
- Made the hard tradeoffs between complexity, speed and quality: phased delivery for early wins, escalated risks early, and managed budget and P&L. Recovered the Promigas program from crisis (recognized at the corporate level).
