- Drove a bank's credit origination (lending) platform to production: served as the operational point of contact with the software dev team, tracked timelines and deliverables, coordinated testing and issue follow up, and coordinated integration across internal and external systems. Mapped fragmented, legacy workflows (one app obsolete) and turned them into a single, documented digital process.
- Managed multiple projects and priorities at once; identified bottlenecks and closed the gaps; escalated cross team dependencies to leadership early with clear context; and recovered a program in crisis by resolving critical blockers (recognized at the corporate level).
