- I develop and refine prompts for large language models and evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, clarity and alignment with objectives, using rubric based assessment, quality assurance and fact checking. I run evals and adversarial evaluators and trace agent behavior (Langfuse) to hold a consistent quality bar. Under my leadership the company reached Registered Partner status in Anthropic's partner program.
- I author technical documentation, specs and decision memos, and build with LLM applications (Claude, OpenAI, function calling), RAG and orchestration of autonomous AI agents. This gives me a practitioner's view of where models reason well, where they fail, and how structured input improves them.

- Ran the office's largest consulting account (banking, up to 30 people) in an analytically rigorous, high stakes setting. Led the CrediCore digital credit program to production on Azure: framed the problem, structured the approach in phases, and delivered recommendations and status directly to the bank's presidency. Managed budget, P&L and schedule, with the lowest attrition on the account.
- Produced the executive facing artifacts that drove decisions: business cases, recommendation memos, roadmaps and status reports, translating complex technical tradeoffs into clear narratives for senior stakeholders. Recovered the Promigas program from crisis (recognized at the corporate level).
