Build AI products from a blank page to production and run them: Agent Squad, a multi agent software factory where coordinated autonomous agents deliver real work across dev, QA, PMO and research under a custom agent harness I designed (explicit brain, hands and verification roles), and MedicalHubAssist (LLMs and voice transcription for health, recognized by Revista DINERO for its value in the region). Ran NTT DATA's software factory for Grupo AVAL, a large engineering organization of up to 50 people across simultaneous projects, owning staffing, culture and ramp up, and delivering the lowest turnover of the entire account. Led high performing multidisciplinary teams. Directed the build of CrediCore for Banco Popular, a digital credit origination platform on Azure, end to end across fragmented legacy systems (one obsolete, one without vendor support), shipping in phases for early wins while managing real ambiguity, partial control and bank presidency stakeholders.
