Directed CrediCore for Banco Popular, a digital credit origination product, from discovery to production: I structured the work in phases to produce early wins, prioritized under full accountability with partial control, and escalated critical dependencies to the bank's presidency from day one instead of waiting for them to block. I bridged business and technical teams and reported to C level with clear proposals.
