As founder I own the product roadmap across a live AI platform and decide where AI earns its place in the product and where it does not. I designed how autonomous AI agents integrate into real user workflows, defining when the agent suggests, when it automates, and when it stays silent, and shipped the affordances that make it obvious to users. Under my leadership the company reached Registered Partner status in Anthropic's partner program.
I write the PRDs and specs and build alongside them with Claude Code and orchestration of autonomous AI agents (dev, QA, PMO, content, research). Hands on with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), LLM applications (Claude, OpenAI, prompt engineering, function calling), context windows and failure modes, on a modern cloud stack with event driven orchestration, data pipelines, MLOps and CI/CD. Also lead MedicalHubAssist (health AI).

Ran the office's largest account (banking, up to 30 people) and drove the CrediCore digital credit origination hub to production on Azure, turning an ambiguous problem (fragmented origination apps, one obsolete and one without vendor support) into a launched, modular product. Owned the roadmap toward mortgage lending, plus budget, P&L and schedule, with the lowest attrition on the account.
Owned outcomes with only partial control: dependencies sat outside my authority and the bank's presidency pushed on budget and time. I prioritized ruthlessly, phased delivery for early wins, escalated blockers from day zero, and communicated timelines, risks and tradeoffs proactively.
