- Lead delivery of AI software from idea to production, managing release processes across dev, test and production. Hands on across the SDLC: I built Agent Squad with Claude Code (a multi agent system in production) with APIs, CI/CD and monitoring/observability (Langfuse), I operate it in production, run API testing (Postman) and read code (Python, TypeScript). Under my leadership the company reached Registered Partner status in Anthropic's partner program.

- Led the office's largest software delivery program (up to 50 people) on a banking account: maintained project health and profitability (P&L), coordinated releases across dev, test and production on Azure integrating systems via APIs, managed risks, issues and scope, and communicated plans and changes to stakeholders up to the bank's presidency. Kept the account's lowest attrition. In another program I recovered a delivery in crisis (recognized at the corporate level).
