Built Agent Squad (coordinated autonomous agents running real operations across dev, QA, PMO and research) and MedicalHubAssist (recognized by Revista DINERO for its value in the region), prototyping and shipping with Claude Code and custom agents on a lean stack (Python, PostgreSQL/pgvector, Redis, Inngest, Supabase, Vercel). Directed CrediCore for Banco Popular, a digital credit origination platform on Azure, end to end across fragmented legacy systems (one obsolete, one without vendor support), deciding and escalating under real ambiguity and partial control, shipping in phases for early wins.
