- Ran the office's largest account (up to 30 people), owning capacity and resource management: staffed the delivery organization and matched the right capabilities to demand at the right cost and quality. Managed budget, P&L, financial indicators and schedule, with the lowest attrition on the account (team development and resilience).
- Drove CrediCore (Banco Popular) to production on Azure in a complex, regulated environment: standardized a fragmented operation, phased delivery for early wins, escalated risk early, and gave senior leadership clear visibility on progress and risk. Recovered the Promigas program from crisis (recognized at the corporate level).
