Drove the CrediCore application to production on Azure, tracking progress and quality and reporting to clients and leadership. Managed budget and P&L, with the lowest attrition on the account.
Kept projects on track by resolving issues early: escalated risks and blockers from day zero, phased delivery for early wins, and adjusted the plan as requirements changed. Recovered the Promigas program from crisis (recognized at the corporate level).
