Built Agent Squad (multi agent orchestration running real operations across dev, QA, PMO and research) and MedicalHubAssist (health, recognized by Revista DINERO), building with Claude Code on a modern cloud stack (PostgreSQL/pgvector, Supabase, Vercel). I define reusable solution patterns and run decision boards ("Juntas") that pressure test architecture and business trade offs. Led the office's largest account (Grupo AVAL), a software factory of up to 50 people with the lowest turnover of the account, managing budget and financial indicators. From inside the GSI I shaped and packaged repeatable enterprise solutions with C level governance and delivery and sponsorship structures. Directed CrediCore for Banco Popular, a digital credit origination hub on Azure: turned a messy problem (origination split across fragmented legacy applications, one obsolete and one without vendor support) into a modular, integrable, service oriented solution, moving off fragmented legacy without breaking the live operation. Owned it under partial control, depending on architects outside my authority, and escalated risks and trade offs to the bank's presidency from day one, shipping in phases for early wins.
