Led delivery for the office's largest account (Grupo AVAL; up to 50 people across simultaneous projects; full P&L). Directed the software factory that built CrediCore for Banco Popular, a digital credit origination platform on Azure, end to end from planning to production: I structured the work in phases to produce early wins, managed a complex landscape of fragmented legacy origination systems, and escalated critical cross team dependencies to the bank's presidency from day one instead of waiting for them to block. I kept budgets, financial indicators and schedules healthy, reported to C level, and held the lowest attrition on the account. Earlier, I recovered Promigas, a project in crisis, to a successful close recognised corporately.
